The full comic strip “Check One,” which may or may not be inspired by actual events.
Note that this is the first comic strip I’ve actually followed through on and completed (multiple panels and in full color) since 2005. Yay!
Ducks Not Included
It's a comic about a duck. Sometimes.

Ducky
I noticed Sheldon’s right leg looks funny in the second and third panel. I’ll just blame it on his poor sense of fashion.

Begging the question you already know the answer to that you gave. That was…elaborate for a soul crush.
But who is Sheldon? The name sounds familiar.
Ducky
Sheldon is an original fictional character who is a bit of a mishmash of several different personalities I’ve dealt with. There will likely be a few characters of this sort.
I think Jim Davis had a character on U.S. Acres named Sheldon – he was a baby chicken that decided not to hatch and spend his days inside of his egg with only his legs and feet exposed. I’m not sure if that’s who you had in mind, but it’s the only other Sheldon I can think of off the top of my head.
